WHY USE OUR PROPERTY SEARCH AGENTS IN PORTUGAL?

To search for a property in Lisbon, either an apartment, a house or business premises to rent or purchase is often an “obstacle course”. Looking through the classified ads, calls, reminders, useless visits, require significant availability and constant reactivity.
An apartment hunter in Lisbon – or a house hunter in Lisbon – supports those who do not have the time – particularly those who do not have any time to waste – or those not located in Portugal.
The house hunter carries out the search on your behalf, using multiple sources: paper and internet ads, real estate agencies, notaries, property dealers, …

The house hunter informs you beforehand of the characteristics of each Lisbon district (shops, nightlife, schools, etc. and market prices), and checks that the specifications of the property sought-after are compatible with the targeted district and, if necessary, helps you define a geographical perimeter and an adapted budget.

Using our services does not result in a cost. Our fees are easily balanced by the services that we offer to our clients and by the negotiation of the price of the property which, in most cases, covers our fees.

Our fees are set based on the purchase price and the difficulty of the search. These vary between 2 and 5% Including VAT and are only due if a purchase is completed. No purchase, no fees!

Unlike conventional agencies, we are working on behalf of buyers; our objective is to offer our clients the ideal property at the best price.
