WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE WITH REAL ESTATE AGENCIES?

The house hunter does not sell, he does not have a portfolio of properties, which means he is totally independent. He is not limited to a number of properties but prospects the whole of the real estate market, including both professionals and individuals. He provides a truly tailored service.

WHAT IS OUR LEGAL STATUS?

A house hunter holds the status of professional in real estate transaction, a status delivered by the authorities upon proof of:

• a certain level of training
• and / or several years of professional experience
• third party liability insurance
• a financial guarantee (if holding funds)

WHAT IS A SEARCH MANDATE?

It is a regulated contractual document whereby you (the principal) entrust us (the agent) with your search. This mandate determines the duration of the search, its criteria, our obligations as agent, our fees and its modalities. It also includes a withdrawal form notifying the principal that he can cancel the mandate within the first 7 days.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our services have a price, but not a cost. They are consistently balanced with an optimal negotiation, time saving and peace of mind.
