How long am I committed to TAGUS PROPERTY?

The term of the contract is 1 year (renewable) with a prior notice of 90 days before the renewal date for its termination.


Do I have to advance any fees?

No! You pay nothing until your property is rented.


I am already engaged with a real estate agency. How can I change to Tagus Property?

You can terminate your management agreement at its renewal date. We are at your disposal to study your agreement and to indicate you the procedure to follow.


What are the taxes related to property rental in Portugal?

When you put a property on the rental market, you have a number of tax obligations.
